Important Info Regarding Membership
New Members and Renewals Begin In Oct.
Lodge Begins Monday October 21
Drop Box Available on Monday, October 7
It's that time of year when our Membership Drive begins. There are several ways that you can renew your membership for 2025. If you were a member in 2024, and there have been no changes, simply pay your dues of $5 per person. There is no form to fill out as I have all of your information. However, if you have moved to another home in Timber Pines, changed your Email address, phone number or status, please let me know at the time you renew. Simply place your membership dues ($5 per person) and bring it to me in the Lodge on Monday, October 21 or you may drop it off in the box marked Timber Pines Boomers Club at my front door, 2443 Grandfather Mountain, after October 7.
If you are a new member born between 1946 and 1964, you will need to fill out a Membership Form and show proof of birth date. The Membership Form can be found in the Library, second row bottom drawer near the copy machine or you can print a copy from our web page, timberpinesboomers.com. The fee is $5 per person. Your spouse, friend, or significant other does not need to be Boomer age. Only one member must be a Boomer.
I will be at the Lodge between 10am and 12 noon beginning Monday, October 21. I will be there every Monday and Wednesday until December 18. For your convenience, I will have a Boomers Box next to my front door beginning Monday, October 7. Renewing members may place your membership dues in an envelope and drop it into the box any time and any day. My address is 2443 Grandfather Mountain. If you are a Snowbird and will not be returning to Timber Pines until after December 18, you may ask a friend to renew your membership or call or text me and I will mark your membership as pending and you can pay when you return. New members may also use the box at my front door. Simply fill out the form, attach a copy of a drivers license and enclose your dues and drop it into the box at my front door or bring it to me when I am at the Lodge.
We take cash or check but check is preferred because it gives you proof of payment in case a mistake is made. Please do not give your payment or New Member form to any one who is selling tickets. It is too easy to get misplaced and can end up in the ticket sales account and not in the membership account.
I know this is a lot of information, but I hope these options will make it more convenient for you to renew or join the Boomers Club. Please feel free to Email me at kathy.dunphy@gmail.com or call or text me at 314-221-4530. I am always happy to help you in any way I can.

Note: You can fill it out first and then print it.
